Who We Are

Digital Education Partnerships Indonesia (DEPI) is your trusted partner in scaling innovative education solutions across Indonesia.

We help EdTech companies access, pilot, and scale their impact in Indonesia’s diverse and fast-evolving education landscape. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge digital solutions and the practical needs of schools, we create meaningful partnerships that enhance teaching, learning, and whole-school operations nationwide.

With deep knowledge of local education systems and strong relationships across government networks, Yayasan foundations, and international curriculum schools (SPK), we enable our partners to confidently navigate market entry, validation, and scale-up.

Access, Pilot, and Scale Program

Our Access, Pilot, and Scale Program is a strategic three-stage approach that helps bring innovative digital education solutions into Indonesian schools—effectively, responsibly, and at scale.

We enable schools to adopt impactful technologies, while helping EdTech partners navigate the market, validate solutions, and drive sustainable growth across Indonesia’s fast-evolving education sector.

1. ACCESS

We connect EdTech partners with schools through curated introductions, localized onboarding, and in-language training. Leveraging our strong relationships with the Ministry of Education network, Yayasan foundations, and SPK schools, we help ensure the right tools reach the right schools.

2. PILOT

We co-design pilot programs with schools to test solutions in real classrooms, with full implementation support, training, and data collection. Feedback and reporting are used to refine the solution and demonstrate its impact.

3. SCALE

Validated solutions are supported with tailored go-to-market strategies and in-country sales support. Through our partnerships with government schools, Yayasan, SPKs, NGOs, and MoE stakeholders, we help scale EdTech products nationwide.
