MANAGING DIRECTOR
Background and Leadership
James Thomas is the Managing Director of DEPI, bringing over 10 years of commercial leadership experience across education technology, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region. He began his career in Indonesia as an ESL teacher in 2012 and now brings deep local insight and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to his work. James leads DEPI’s mission to connect schools with impactful EdTech solutions and guide global partners in scaling successfully across Indonesia.
